As a UK brand, measurements can sometimes come up a little more generous than others, so checking the guide below is the best way to get it right.
If you’re between sizes, you’re welcome to order more than one option to compare. Please remember that return postage is the customer’s responsibility. The chart shows body measurements, not garment measurements, so you can match them more accurately to your own shape.
Each Hell Bunny style is slightly different thanks to unique fabrics and design details, which is why we also include fabric information, model measurements and fit advice on every product page.
For the best results, measure your bust, waist and hips (in your underwear) and choose the size closest to your measurements.
How to Measure
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure level across your back.
- Waist: Wrap the tape around your natural waistline, usually just above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure to include your bum.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to Exchange
If your item doesn’t suit you, or you’d like a different size, return the original item and we’ll issue store credit to your account. This credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout — no codes or gift cards required.

A. We have had several shops over the last few years, however we closed our last store at Orion Springfield in March 2020. Read our BLOG POST to see what led us to this decision.
Q. Can I pay for my order over the phone?
A. Yes, we can process your order over the phone if you are paying with a credit or debit card. Please SMS us on 0416 155 909 and we will call you to place your order.
Q. Can I pickup my order in person?
A. As we no longer have a storefront, our stock in now warehoused and we do not have pickup facilities available.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. In Stock Items are posted from the Gold Coast, Qld within 2 business days (usually same day) of receipt of payment for items .
If an item is not in stock at our Gold Coast warehouse, an estimated delivery timeframe will appear below the "Add to Cart" button. Some items—such as footwear, selected clothing, and bags—are shipped directly from our suppliers and may take approximately 30 days for delivery due to international shipping and customs.
Q. How can I tell which products you have In Stock?
A. We have a warehouse on the Gold Coast, QLD, with a wide range of stocked items ready to ship. To offer a greater selection, we also list items that are ordered in from our partner suppliers.
For items not warehoused locally, an estimated delivery timeframe is displayed below the "Add to Cart" button. These may be shipped directly from our supplier or arrive at our warehouse first before being sent to you.
