Featuring a woven-look heart pattern in warm beige and black tones, these triple-strap Mary Janes are an elegant addition to any collection. Crafted from textured vegan materials with signature comfort and charm, they’re both timeless and playful.

⚠️ Important Note – Strap Fix Information

These beauties have a small production issue with the straps — excess fabric was left inside during manufacturing, which could cause mild discomfort for some wearers. The good news? The fix is simple! ✂️

You’ll just need a pair of scissors and, optionally, a small piece of adhesive-backed fabric to cover the trimmed edge. We’ll include detailed instructions with your purchase to guide you through the quick fix.

They’re otherwise soft, luxurious, and absolutely gorgeous — so we hope this minor flaw doesn’t stop you from giving them a loving home!

✨ New to Chocs? Choose the size nearest your most-often purchased AU size:

  • Usually an AU9, sometimes 9.5 → pick US9 / AU9.5 / VZ39
  • Usually an AU9, occasionally 8.5 → go down to US8 / AU8.5 / VZ38

Already a fan? Just check the VZ number printed inside the little love heart on the sole of your current pair and order the same size. For example, VZ37 = US7 / AU7.5 / VZ37. Easy peasy!

You have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Q. Do you have a shop that I can visit?
A. We have had several shops over the last few years, however we closed our last store at Orion Springfield in March 2020. Read our BLOG POST to see what led us to this decision.

Q. Can I pay for my order over the phone?
A. Yes, we can process your order over the phone if you are paying with a credit or debit card. Please SMS us on 0416 155 909 and we will call you to place your order.

Q. Can I pickup my order in person?
A. As we no longer have a storefront, our stock in now warehoused and we do not have pickup facilities available. 

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. In Stock Items are posted from the Gold Coast, Qld within 2 business days (usually same day) of receipt of payment for items .
If an item is not in stock at our Gold Coast warehouse, an estimated delivery timeframe will appear below the "Add to Cart" button. Some items—such as footwear, selected clothing, and bags—are shipped directly from our suppliers and may take approximately 30 days for delivery due to international shipping and customs.

Q. How can I tell which products you have In Stock?
A. We have a warehouse on the Gold Coast, QLD, with a wide range of stocked items ready to ship. To offer a greater selection, we also list items that are ordered in from our partner suppliers.

For items not warehoused locally, an estimated delivery timeframe is displayed below the "Add to Cart" button. These may be shipped directly from our supplier or arrive at our warehouse first before being sent to you.

Q. I can't login to my Rewards Account. Help!
A. We get this one a lot, and it's usually an easy solution. When most people join our newsletter, they don't actually register an account, just enter their email for a discount code. Simple answer is, instead of the "Login" button, tap the "Create Account' button and enter your details. Voila! Should work now

Q. Where are your size charts and measurements?
A. We do our best to include size guides, charts and measurements on each item, but occasionally we will miss one. Please ask us and we will provide.
