📦 A Quick Note About Your Dress
Your new pleated Christmas dress may arrive with some creases or pleats slightly out of shape—this is completely normal and not a fault.

The polyester-spandex blend is soft yet structured, and it can crease when folded during shipping. Simply hang your dress straight out of the package, and the fabric will naturally relax over time.

For faster results, give it a gentle steam or hang it in a steamy bathroom to refresh the pleats and restore their shape. Please avoid ironing directly to keep the pleats crisp and long-lasting.

For made-to-order or special-order items not stocked at our Gold Coast warehouse, an estimated delivery time will be displayed above the "Add to Cart" button.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Exchange

If your item doesn’t suit you, or you’d like a different size, return the original item and we’ll issue store credit to your account. This credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout — no codes or gift cards required.

Q. Do you have a shop that I can visit?
A. We have had several shops over the last few years, however we closed our last store at Orion Springfield in March 2020. Read our BLOG POST to see what led us to this decision.

Q. Can I pay for my order over the phone?
A. Yes, we can process your order over the phone if you are paying with a credit or debit card. Please SMS us on 0416 155 909 and we will call you to place your order.

Q. Can I pickup my order in person?
A. As we no longer have a storefront, our stock in now warehoused and we do not have pickup facilities available.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. In Stock Items are posted from the Gold Coast, Qld within 2 business days (usually same day) of receipt of payment for items .
If an item is not in stock at our Gold Coast warehouse, an estimated delivery timeframe will appear below the "Add to Cart" button. Some items—such as footwear, selected clothing, and bags—are shipped directly from our suppliers and may take approximately 30 days for delivery due to international shipping and customs.

Q. How can I tell which products you have In Stock?
A. We have a warehouse on the Gold Coast, QLD, with a wide range of stocked items ready to ship. To offer a greater selection, we also list items that are ordered in from our partner suppliers.

For items not warehoused locally, an estimated delivery timeframe is displayed below the "Add to Cart" button. These may be shipped directly from our supplier or arrive at our warehouse first before being sent to you.

Q. I can't login to my Rewards Account. Help!
A. We get this one a lot, and it's usually an easy solution. When most people join our newsletter, they don't actually register an account, just enter their email for a discount code. Simple answer is, instead of the "Login" button, tap the "Create Account' button and enter your details. Voila! Should work now

Q. Where are your size charts and measurements?
A. We do our best to include size guides, charts and measurements on each item, but occasionally we will miss one. Please ask us and we will provide.
