Our fabulous new factory accidentally used the luxe lilac edging fabric on the entire heel cup instead of the original design… and honestly? We loved it too much to let hundreds of stunning shoes go to waste. So, instead of landfill, Pasarela – Lilac was born — a happy accident turned limited-edition magic!
Featuring a glittery rainbow ombré toe, a lilac heel and trim, a removable glossy bow, and our signature supportive fit, Pasarela – Lilac is made for colour lovers who adore a surprise twist. The comfortable 5cm kitten heel and soft rubber sole make them ideal for the office, the classroom, the salon, the supermarket… and yes, they’ll still keep you dancing all night long.

- If your Chocolaticas are a loose or roomy fit, choose the same AU size printed on the sole:
35 = 5, 36 = 6, 37 = 7, 38 = 8, 39 = 9, 40 = 10, 41 = 11, 42 = 12, 43 = 13 - If your Chocs are spot-on, tight, or snug, choose the AU size up.
- If you’re new to our brands, choose your usual AU heel size. SugarPOPs fit true to AU whole sizes with gentle give — perfect for medium to wide feet, and still secure for narrower fits.

Exchanges & Store Credit
You have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to Exchange
If your item doesn’t suit you, or you’d like a different size, return the original item and we’ll issue store credit to your account. This credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout — no codes or gift cards required.

Q. Do you have a shop that I can visit?
A. We have had several shops over the last few years, however we closed our last store at Orion Springfield in March 2020. Read our BLOG POST to see what led us to this decision.
Q. Can I pay for my order over the phone?
A. Yes, we can process your order over the phone if you are paying with a credit or debit card. Please SMS us on 0416 155 909 and we will call you to place your order.
Q. Can I pickup my order in person?
A. As we no longer have a storefront, our stock in now warehoused and we do not have pickup facilities available.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. In Stock Items are posted from the Gold Coast, Qld within 2 business days (usually same day) of receipt of payment for items .
If an item is not in stock at our Gold Coast warehouse, an estimated delivery timeframe will appear below the "Add to Cart" button. Some items—such as footwear, selected clothing, and bags—are shipped directly from our suppliers and may take approximately 30 days for delivery due to international shipping and customs.
Q. How can I tell which products you have In Stock?
A. We have a warehouse on the Gold Coast, QLD, with a wide range of stocked items ready to ship. To offer a greater selection, we also list items that are ordered in from our partner suppliers.
For items not warehoused locally, an estimated delivery time frame is displayed below the "Add to Cart" button. These may be shipped directly from our supplier or arrive at our warehouse first before being sent to you.
Q. Where are your size charts and measurements?
A. We stock clothing from a mix of Australian, UK and US brands, so sizing can vary between labels and styles. To help you choose the best fit, we include size charts, garment measurements or fit notes on individual product pages wherever possible.
Please check the size guide on the item you’re buying before ordering, especially for retro dresses, rockabilly shirts, western shirts, jeans, cardigans and fitted styles. If a product does not show a size chart or you’re unsure which size to choose, contact us and we’ll be happy to help with sizing advice.
Q. What is the quality of your clothing like?
A. Poison Arrow Retro stocks a carefully selected range of retro clothing, rockabilly fashion, vintage-inspired dresses, western shirts, cardigans, jeans, shoes and accessories from Australian, UK and US brands, along with selected custom and made-to-order pieces.
Quality can vary slightly between brands, fabrics and garment types, so we include product details, fabric information, fit notes and care instructions on individual product pages wherever possible. We choose our range for style, wearability, value and attitude, from everyday retro outfits to statement rockabilly clothing and limited-edition designs.
